What is your return policy?

We hope that you love everything you order with us, but we understand things can change.

Return policy
Let us know within 30 days if you want to return your product. From the moment you've given us your return notice, you have 14 days to return the product to us. We will then give you a refund on the products you've returned.

Refund policy for returns
For customers within Europe the cost of the return shipment is covered by DiamondBottles™. The costs of the return shipment for customers outside of Europe is not covered by DiamondBottles™. Once we have received your returns, we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping fees) within 2 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The products are usually delivered within 7-12 working days once the order is made. Shipping may take longer than 10 days depending on national customs regulations. IZDESTINY cannot be held responsible for any delays due to such formal procedures.
